• Job title : CATERING MANAGER  
• Requirements: High School degree and 6 months experience. 

• Duties : Review menus and analyze recipes to determine labor and overhead costs, food cost and assign prices to menu items in coordination with the Head Chef. 
• Organize and direct workers training programs, resolve personnel problems, hire and fire, and evaluate employee’s performance.
• Estimate food and payroll cost, and review financial transactions to ensure that expenditures are in budget.
• Familiarity in maintaining catering service and restaurant social media accounts and posting.
• Finding and negotiating with providers of different products.
• Creating and implementing strategies for business growth.
• Completes all opening and closing duties to include: Cash handling, keep inventory records and other daily reports.
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality or service provided.

Must have an availability to work evening and weekends.
